God saw they were their happiest and
someone would not let that be.
So He put his arms around them and whispered
"Come with Me".

With tear filled eyes we watched them,
suffer and fade away. Although we
loved them deeply, We could not
make them stay.

A golden heart stopped beating,
hard working hands put to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.

Grampy, I always wished that you would get to see me all dressed up in my white wedding dress and come along and sweep me off my feet. You never got the pleasure of meeting Chris, but I know you would have loved him as he is a wonderful man just like my father. I want you to know that you will be in my heart throughout the day and always remember your little gabby misses you everyday!!!!

Dear Grandfather,

You were taken out of our lives at the young age of 39 and I never had the honor of knowing you, but I know you are watching over us and would have been proud of my mom for bringing such wonderful granddaughters into the world. I have heard such wonderful things about you and know that someday we will meet. I want you to know that we were gracefully given our Grandpa Frank to graciously take over your place as a grandfather and he has been sooo wonderful and we are so lucky to have been given that second chance to have another grandfather. My Nanny only picks the best! You will be remember on our wedding day...especially as I dance with Dad and give thanks that I was given a opportunity that my mom never had on her special day!
